I was transferring from another dentist, was my first visit. over the years Ive been to may dentists in many different states. All but two where nothing more than salesman. Only my first visit all went very well. In the reviews I read seemed to be a few about overcharging/insurance issues so I cant speak to that at this time, so time will tell there. Staff seemed friendly, Doc was great and no sales pitch. No nonsense exam. I liked that Ill have to wait for billing, at this point all went well service wise. Roger
10/10 recommend this place! As someone that has fear of dental appointments, I’m so grateful to have found an office that is gentle and kind! No judgement and really took their time to answer all of my questions! Colleen was wonderful and I look forward to my next appointment with Dr. :)
Cape Coral Dentistry is very clean, the customer service is very friendly and professional- I highly recommend Dr Diez she is amazing!! so gentle and kind. treated my daughter as a princess! She does what is best for the client, regardless if it means more and harder work for her. The dental assistant is also very profesional and kind. Congratulations to the entire team! I was new to the area and when I called as a new client, they were so nice and helpful getting me set up for an appointment. My first visit was great. Everyone was very nice and really explained and answered questions I had about my teeth. I’m glad I found them and will continue my oral health care with them.
