Today was my second visit to this office . My first visit was for an emergency appointment that this lovely accommodating staff was able to provide within 24 hrs of my first phone call . I had some painful broken/ abcessed teeth that needed full extractions and it was performed seamlessly and with such genuine care and kindness on the same day. EVERYONE is amazing. So sweet and caring. Very knowledgeable and organized. I set an appointment as a new patient and they were respectful of my schedule being that I work night shift. Also called me anytime they had a cancelation to get me in asap.
All staff are very kind and professional! I've spent years neglecting my teeth and Dr Diez put me back on track again! I never liked going to the Dentist but now I look forward to it. I highly recommend Cape Coral Dentistry!
New patient in for cleaning and exam. So far so good. Room is small and doctor stands behind me when talking to me. Would like to talk face to face. Hygienist was great!
I was transferring from another dentist, was my first visit. over the years Ive been to may dentists in many different states. All but two where nothing more than salesman. Only my first visit all went very well. In the reviews I read seemed to be a few about overcharging/insurance issues so I cant speak to that at this time, so time will tell there. Staff seemed friendly, Doc was great and no sales pitch. No nonsense exam. I liked that Ill have to wait for billing, at this point all went well service wise. Roger
