I love this office! Everyone is so friendly and professional. They squeezed me in on a Friday and helped fix my front tooth. I will recommend them to my family and friends.
Went for a cleaning and exam, but they said the dental hygienist was gone for the day so I would have to come back. when I got the bill I was charged for a exam and a cleaning but there is no way to contact these people just a answering machine.
I was new in town and went here because it was a preferred provider for my insurance and was close to my house. Big mistake. First off, I scheduled a cleaning, but when I got there they said I'd be getting an exam and would have to come back for a cleaning. Then they refused to see me unless I provided all details of my secondary insurance policy - although my primary has since told me they shouldn't have asked. Our 18 year old son had his wisdom teeth removed at BDC. They kept to the appointment time and removed them quickly with little residual discomfort. Overall a good experience ... no regrets.
If you care about your teeth, don't go here. This is the sorriest Dentist office ever. Beware, I've warned you!!!!!
