Just had my first appointment with Buck Dental and I am very pleased! I had a routine cleaning and x-rays done. My hygienist Allison was professional, polite, and efficient! The ladies at the front desk were very polite and helpful! Thank you for a great experience!
I really loved the place and location and I wanted to love going here, but when I had a issue with a tooth and needed a filling, dentist said I needed root canal and crown which my insurance no longer covers and its like 3k out of pocket so I asked to just do a filling instead and he refused. Had to go all the way to smile builders in Lancaster to have a dentist that listened to me.
BEST cleaning I’ve ever had. friendly staff, and my hygienist, Allison, was amazing.
This was a terrible experience. The dentures are unusable, and the bleeding after we left was so severe that we couldn’t even call the office and considered going to the ER.
The entire dentist chair was covered in clear plastic. Very slippy and difficult to position an elderly person with mobility issues.
