Was recommended to them almost 3 years ago. Haven’t looked back since. Great docs, good care, atmosphere, and service! I’ve done regular treatments, Invisalign, and had them check for a jaw issue I had when I first started going. No complaints. Great care. If ever any issues/concerns it was resolved or addressed quickly.
Dr. Brown is a great dentist, and his office runs like clockwork. I never need to wait once I be taken back to the station where I'm treated. The receptionist is cheery, welcoming, and kind. My dental hygienist is professional and efficient, always telling me what he's doing and what will come next. I'm so sorry Andrew is retiring! I will miss him. Dr. Brown himself is kind, thorough, and gentle. I never dread going to the dentist!
Every visit has been pleasant from walking through the doors to finishing and checking out. The hygienists always ask how to make our visits comfortable such as providing a blanket, sunglasses, and video selection. They also have a few dentists that you can choose from to oversee the process. I've had them all. I felt like they each provided clear communication. They provide choices for flavors. My experience at Brown’s Dentistry was very positive from the time I entered the door. A friendly smile and helpful staff throughout my visit. Andrew did an awesome job, cleaning my teeth and educated me on continued maintenance.
