I actually like going to my dentist. They make the whole experience as pleasant as possible. Friendly, professional, clean, and welcoming environment at Brockport Smiles. The best place to go to when you need dental work done! We are blessed to have such a wonderful place right here in Brockport, NY.
After much anxiety I made an appointment with Brockport smiles… I have a HUGE phobia of dentist. Theresa came and retrieved me from the waiting room and continued with my visit. She explained every step of the process to me. As the time continued my anxiety grew less. After a very detailed visit the Doctor came in and made me feel even more comfortable. Had to make a quick appointment due to some tooth pain. They had me in super quick and able to take care of the problem. I was not a patient here prior to the appointment. The staff is absolutely incredible. Dr. Elizabeth was hand down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I never thought having a tooth pulled would create laughs and jokes, but it did. She made the whole experience extremely comfortable and somehow…enjoyable? I could not recommend this place enough and glad to have found them.
I was very anxious to be seen at the dentist but my anxiety quickly faded after meeting the wonderful staff at Brockport Smiles. I felt comfortable and relaxed through the entire experience. The dentist and hygienist were patient and kind and I appreciated that more than they’ll ever know.
Samantha does a great job carrying on a friendly conversation AND cleaning teeth at the same time. She works gently, and puts me at ease! Dr. Barber came in to announce the good news. No problems of any kind!
