Great experience! From the front desk, to the assistant, to the doctor my appointment was fast and everyone was very pleasant! Dr. Tyler made sure all of my questions were answered and even took the time to explain things to me that I never knew. My favorite thing about this office was I was given my prescriptions for both glasses and contacts and was not pressured into ordering my contacts through them, that way I can order online through my insurance! Will definitely be returning!
I had such a great experience, with the doctor and the staff. I am new to this office and honestly has been the best experience I had in any eye doctors office. The doctor was great and also super thorough and the staff at the front the girls were great and super helpful. One in particular held the door open for me more than once since I had my daughter in her stroller, but overall everyone here was amazing! Recommend ❤️
The staff is very kind and helpful. The doctor is sensational, knowledgeable and well spoken. She explained the tests I underwent and the results. She also was clear about my options and possible outcomes. It’s conveniently located next to a VisionWorks which makes the entire process seamless. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an optometrist.
Facility is attached to Vision works, two seperate doors for entry. Facility is very clean, intimate, and staff is VERY friendly! Setting an appointment online was a breeze with a subtle reminder, online documents for new patients. Checking in was swift. It appeared that the wait time depended on clients being on time and whether or not there was one or two ophthalmologists in. I definitely feel like i found a new home for my eye care!
I recently visited Brilliant Eye Doctors with my son. The staff were nice and professional. Dr. Angel Nguyen is great with my son. She is patient, kind and very thorough.The whole process was quick, smooth and efficient from start to finish. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand even for my 7 y.o. son. I highly recommend Brilliant Eye Doctors to anyone looking for excellent eye care services!
