My experience at Brilliant Eye Doctors with Dr. Le was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everyone was polite, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Le took the time to thoroughly explain each test and ensured I understood everything before the exam, which I really appreciated. The facility is extremely clean and well-maintained, and the entire visit was efficient—I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend Brilliant Eye Doctors to anyone looking for excellent care and a great overall experience.
Dare I say this, but it was the best experience I've had at an Eye Drs office. From front desk Sarahi helping me book a last min appt (nothing like waiting till the end of the year huh) and she helped me fig out an error on my insurance. She was great along with the medical asst- all were pleasant and courteous, also the appointment started ON TIME (very rare in the medical field). Dr Wooten was professional and answered all of my questions with ease. We will be returning again due to this wonderful experience!
I had a great experience at Brilliant Eye Doctors. The exam was both thorough and quick, with no wait time at all. The staff answered all my questions, and the doctor recommended new contacts that are much more comfortable than what I had been wearing before. Very happy with the service – highly recommend!
Absolutely wonderful employees and service! I went in for an eye exam, but hadn’t had one in years, so I was a bit confused. Kathleen at the front was beyond helpful and answered all my questions knowledgeably! Dr.Wooten was fantastic as well with both the examinations and explanations! Overall I had a great experience and couldn’t recommend Brilliant Eye Doctors enough!
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Every single employee was so kind and helpful. Made my first ever eye appointment (as an adult) so comfortable and smooth. I can’t say enough good things about this location. Big shoutout to Lynn on the sales side of the building! Thank you guys so much!
