Wow! That's the best way for me to sum up my experience with Brighton Family Dentistry. I'm very new to the area and found there are a lot of dentist's to choose from. I'm so glad I selected this one. They fit me in right away and made me feel welcome. While very professional, they are also very fun to be around. I thought I would never say this about going to the dentist but they make going to dentist fun! So much more I could say, and it's all good, but I'll sum it up with "Wow! BEST dentist I've ever had! Between the GREAT dental assistants, AND the dentists there, I am always happy with my treatment. On top of that, even when I have to get a filling or extra work done, it's not bad. The pain doesn't last as long as previous dentists I've had, and I always feel like the treatment was good. Would give 9,999 stars instead of 5 if I could.
I have been a patient of Dr. Petersburg for over 15 years and I now bring my five-year-old daughter to his practice. My daughter recently had a cleaning and the dental hygienist was so incredibly dismissive, impatient, and unaware, whenI told her that my daughter's mouth was bleeding. That's how hard she was scrapping her teeth. So hard my daughter was flinching and whimpering. Everything good today. I really like my hygienist. She is awesome. Also full of good advice. My favorite hygienist. This was her second time with me and I was very happy that she was my hygienist again today. The office staff is always so friendly.
Dr. G and staff were very polite and understanding. Took the time to explain the following events that need to happen and a. Rey nonjudgmental environment.
