Walking into the office, everything was so clean and welcoming. The front desk staff was very kind and informative, which set the tone right away. My 13 yr old son had a great experience with Dr. Alma and her amazing team! They made his cleaning not only thorough but also educational, teaching him tips in a way that actually clicked. Dr Alma and her team were absolutely amazing! My almost two-year-old son chipped his front tooth, and as you can imagine, he was not happy about getting it filled. She was so kind and patient, making us feel completely at ease throughout the process. She explained everything in detail and guided us step by step, which was so reassuring. I highly recommend Dr Alma and her team.
Today was my child’s first dental appointment, and the entire team demonstrated exceptional courtesy and assistance. The appointment went well and smoothly. My child found the toys in the lobby and the television in the operating room to be enjoyable. The assistant was exceptionally helpful, and Dr. Alma provided an informative and attentive examination.
We absolutely love Bright light pediatric dentist! Dr. Alma is so kind, patient, and gentle with the kids. She takes the time to explain things in a way that makes them feel comfortable, even when a procedure might be a little hard or painful. My daughters always feels safe and cared for here, and as a parent, that means the world to me. I’m so grateful to have found such a wonderful dentist who truly goes above and beyond for her patients. Highly recommend!
