If I could give them a zero. Thats the review, I'll give them. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL PRACTICE AT ALL!!! Very disappointing experience at Prospect Heights Dental. The owner was rude and unprofessional during our visit. The focus quickly shifted to pushing a $3,000 out-of-pocket payment for a filling, which felt excessive and poorly explained. As I’m sitting here writing my review I’m in pain do to a root canal Dr. Platt started with out notifying me and refusing to finish the job!!! I was in formed by the off the doctor takes my insurance which is covered through my city employment. I scheduled a visit due to a filling he did that was bothering me. As he removed the filling he realized it was more to it and stated he had to drill down more but never saying I was going to be needing a root canal! Everyone in the office is so kind and the doctor really listens to his patients. Great with both of my kids ( 6) and (9) .

Great dentist who takes his time and explains all the procedures to you so you can come to a decision about what you want to do to get the best dental health for yourself
