Our children have been going to Blue Coral Pediatric Dentistry in Crystal Lake for approximately 5 years now and they love going each time. They are a little sad that Dr. Klarck isn't there anymore but Dr. Daniela Barrera who saw my children for the first time for a dental cleaning was extremely patient and thorough with the kiddos and with us, parents. Great customer service from the time I called in to inquire about new clients and our insurance, to taking my kiddo in for her appointment. We were able to get scheduled lighting fast (4 days later) and even on a Saturday! The office is very clean, front desk staff is very friendly and organized, and our Hygienist and Dentist were both very gentle and thorough. Incredible staff, amazing office, and high tech tools. My 3 kids all have different personalities, comfort levels with dentist visits, and needs but somehow Blue Coral consistently gives them all great experiences. Their dentists and hygienists are great but special shout out to their front desk staff who are so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. My only complaint… they won’t take adult patients! 😂
We have spent years trying to find a dentist for our son. He has a strong gag reflex and can’t handle many smells or textures in his mouth. He’s 10 now and Blue Coral was the first office to ever 1- get x-rays and 2- complete a full cleaning. They are kind and thoughtful really do their best to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable while in their care.
We always have the best experience here. Our children (7 and 3) are genuinely excited when they have dentist appointments because of how amazing all of the staff is. We love Dr. Klarck and the entire team!
