Update after the response from the business: Yes, I was mistaken that I thought the checkup was Jan 2025, it was Dec 30. I was then charged for the services in Jan 2025. I did NOT make a negative review based on the amount of charges or out of pocket I paid, it was based on the lack of communication before running my card esp because it was noted on my file after the first time it happened, to reach out before any charges were made. Absolutely love this place! Everyone is super friendly. We have been there twice with our kids who are 4 and 3. They are so kind and patient. They make sure to let the kids know exactly what they are doing so they aren’t startled by anything. Dr. Avenetti was aware that our 3 year old is Autistic and he made sure to give him any breaks he needed. He was so kind to both of them! Great first visit, I took my son in for an emergency visit. We were greeted with a smile and everyone from the front staff to the assistants made my son feel so relieved after his fall that caused him to chip a tooth. Dr Erin is such a great dentist I would recommend her to everyone! The office is great and best part is they are in network with my insurance.
We love Blue coral! Our toddler always has a great experience and they are great with kids. The balloon and toy at the end always bring a smile to his face!
