Dr. Paul Bernstein is a complete ripoff. I am not sure why this place have multipole google listings. I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter to be fitted for contact lenses. The lady on the phone said that we would need to come twice in order to get a prescription. She also mentioned that we could order the lenses through them, but did not say that we had to — and she definitely did not say that their prices were five times higher than online stores or fair market value. Dr Paul is the best! I was having a ton of eye pain which was causing migraines. After going through Dr Paul's therapy treatments my pain is significantly reduced. You can tell Dr Paul truly cares about his patients and that's a rare thing these days. Great overall experience highly recommend!!! Thank you!

I’m often discouraged when it comes to finding establishments to serve my special needs children. More often than not do I receive cold responses with little explanation to answers and inquiries. That was NOT the case when I called the Bernstein center. I was greeted by a not only friendly but knowledgeable associate who was more than capable and willing to answer all my 100 questions. (5+ out of 5) The folks at Bernstein Center For Visual Performance are the best! I am an adult who suffered from Strabismus (i.e. double vision) as a result of a more serious health issue. After a comprehensive evaluation (never rushed), Dr. Paul customized a vision therapy regimen for me and fitted me with a special prescription that strengthened my vision and provided a remedy (and quality of life) to my visual disturbance until enough time passed, such that I could have it corrected more permanently via ocular surgery. ... read more
