Dr. Zaifman was gentle and extremely proficient. He replaced a front tooth for me after it cracked. Painless extraction, implant, and Zirconia (porcelain) crown resulted in a wonderful smile. Highly recommend this office.

When I first met Dr.Zaifman he was a caring dentist. Right before his big move to California from New York he stopped caring. He fitted me with a ill fitting crown and try to convince me it was ok. I got tired of debating and kept it. Now here I am at a another dentist getting it surgically removed. What a costly lesson. Stand your ground with him. His work is sometimes questionable.

Although I had two insurance plans that were accepted by this office, I was repeatedly billed extra charges. Three years after final payment, I received bills claiming I had remaining unpaid fees. Each bill showed a different fee. Despite sending documentation of charges and proof of payment, I continued to receive these bills. .
