Wrote a review a while ago for some other site but forgot to write one here. But I had the most amazing experience with this place and Dr. Spunde was extremely knowledgeable and understanding of my needs. She let me ask questions and was very patient and kind and honest regarding anything I was interested in doing, and in no way did I feel forced into anything. Dr. Spunde is the best -- and kindest -- dentist I have ever had. I have very sensitive gums, and she takes the time to give me topical anesthesia so I can tolerate the cold water streaming onto them. She also actually called me back when I had a question, which no dentist has ever done. I used to dread going to the dentist, but now I look forward to seeing Dr. Spunde and catching up with her every six months. An excellent spot! 10/10 would recommend. My friend suggested this place to my partner after they had a bad experience at a different office. He liked it so I booked an appointment too! Everyone was so friendly, professional, efficient, and gave great patient education for what is going on. If you’re in search of a legit dentist, look no further.
I got excellent service here! The dentists are very skilled, knowledgeable & thorough. They made my last eccentric dentist from Berkeley seem like they were from the Stone Age in comparison. The tech in the office is cutting edge. Highly recommend.
I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessionalism and poor customer service at this dental office. Every time I visit or call, the receptionist, Katy, is consistently rude and unhelpful. Her dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service skills make every interaction unpleasant and frustrating.
