Dr. Balmir-Thevenin is a great dentist. She is knowledgeable, understanding and very competent. She also accepts a number of dental plans that make treatment affordable for many people. I highly recommend her.
its awesome thew staff is friendly. and im always having a good time when i go ( tho im scared of dentists ) they make the experience fun
this place SUCKS they take forever to call you in. then once you are inside you can wait another 30-60 minutes waiting to see the dentist. I asked for a friday appointment and they said that they already had their regular friday patients... seriously!!!???!!!I asked th office manager why they were taking so long and she replied: "Have you ever been to a Dr's office thats on time?" If you can go to another place PLEASE GO!!!
I made an appointment for my 2 children and 2 days before it was cancelled because the dents decided to go to a conference. The appointment was re-schedule for over a month later. They misplaced the insurance elegibility letter and the insurance company had to fax it to them over 4 times. The day to go in finally came. The appointments were at 3:30 and 4:00pm.
