I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Galina today. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. She took the time to really listen to me, addressed all of my concerns with patience and compassion, and made me feel genuinely supported. It's rare to feel so heard and understood during a medical visit, and I’m very grateful for her thoughtful and professional care. Highly recommend Dr. Galina to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares!
Incredible experience. Very high tech and extremely professional and caring staff. After a battery of tests with clear explanation to detail, I would prefer to give them 10 stars. I found Dr. Heublum to be concerned and very knowledgeable. Also my compliments to Galina who showed a true interest in all aspects of my personal health. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Balance and Dizziness Center to anyone. Thank you very much to the entire staff.
Fascinating experience with results! Very thorough analysis, in capable caring hands. Came in following Vertigo, and left a few appointments later with little to no dizziness. I highly recommend this facility.
Very thorough testing, and excellent, prompt follow-up. After making a clear and specific diagnosis (which my mom did not receive from 10 days in the hospital), the Balance and Dizziness Center arranged for my mom to start treatment with a physical therapist certified in vertigo treatment the very same day, and then they promptly followed up with referrals for a physical therapist closer to my mom's home.
Sales pitch from the moment we walked in. Mrs. Galena is not even a registered MD. Terrible experience with neurologist… No exam whatsoever… Unprofessional, knowledgeable… I now have to find another neurologist to check on my condition and spend additional dollars doing so. Not recommended at all.
