I went here for the new patient “special” they offered where you get X-rays and an exam for $49. It took them 40 minutes and multiple, MULTIPLE tries to get the X-rays done due to the faulty equipment. The techs were laughing the whole time too and I didn’t feel like they were taking it seriously. The rod they used for the X-ray is really large (for my mouth) and I thought my jaw was going to lock a couple times. I had a great experience with Dr. Partello at Artistic Family Dental in Schererville. I recently had a crown done, and the whole process was much easier than I expected. Dr. Partello was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Excellent customer service! The dentist was very patient, kind and took the time to explain everything and answer al my questions.
Since my first visit I was warm and compassionate care, thy considered my anxiousness during my visit. I could tell they genuinely want your mind to be at ease and your visit was pleasant, I even had headphones in to distract from sound I don't like. The office team at the Chicago Heights/Schererville was superb and I would sincerely recommend their services.
