Today I was taken care of by Debbie. She was very welcoming and easy to talk to. It made the experience a breeze. I had an appointment to get a deep cleaning. Honestly, it was one of the most easy going processes I’ve ever had. No pain, clean teeth, quick service, and she was very professional. Not only did Debbie provide a great deep cleaning service, she also provided after care advice until my next check-up, which was very helpful. Thank you Debbie for a great experience and I look forward to my next visit.
I had a root canal done at Artistic Family Dental, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. I was nervous going in, but the entire team made me feel calm and comfortable from the start. The office is very clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. The Dentist, Dr. Ruan at Artistic Family Dental in Hazel Crest, was extremely helpful & courteous. Although I received bad news concerning several of my teeth, I appreciate Dr. Ruan being very transparent & informative regarding the health of my teeth. Dr. Ruan took time to explain exactly what was wrong with each tooth. I just wanted to share that everybody in the office and involved to hear in Hazel Crest are very nice and they cater to your needs immediately so it's really good place very close to where I live and you will be treated wonderfully there and no worries too⁹
I was very comfortable. My experience was excellent. My treatment was explained in detail. I was given my prescription. I was given a copy of my detailed plan going forth, everything was clear and concise. I appreciate artistic family, dental and the personnel. Thank you for your excellent service
