Today I was taken care of by Debbie. She was very welcoming and easy to talk to. It made the experience a breeze. I had an appointment to get a deep cleaning. Honestly, it was one of the most easy going processes I’ve ever had. No pain, clean teeth, quick service, and she was very professional. Not only did Debbie provide a great deep cleaning service, she also provided after care advice until my next check-up, which was very helpful. Thank you Debbie for a great experience and I look forward to my next visit.
The Dentist, Dr. Ruan at Artistic Family Dental in Hazel Crest, was extremely helpful & courteous. Although I received bad news concerning several of my teeth, I appreciate Dr. Ruan being very transparent & informative regarding the health of my teeth. I had a root canal done at Artistic Family Dental, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. I was nervous going in, but the entire team made me feel calm and comfortable from the start. The office is very clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and professional. The dentist explained each step of the procedure and checked on me often to make sure I was doing okay. I forgot the Dentist name that pulled my tooth / did a root canal with crown all in one day . He was very professional, gentle and kind also the dental assistant was awesome as well . They answered all questions I had . I felt welcome and safe in their hands . Overall this is a Great Place to get your dental needs . They also have payment plans and wasn’t pricey.
I was very comfortable. My experience was excellent. My treatment was explained in detail. I was given my prescription. I was given a copy of my detailed plan going forth, everything was clear and concise. I appreciate artistic family, dental and the personnel. Thank you for your excellent service
