This is the dirtiest and most awful facility I have ever been in. I walked in today and my 91 year old grandmother (who is there for rehab) was lying there with no clothes on. She was left there with no one They had not given her prescribed medications, no physical therapy and no bath for five days. She was left for hours on end with NO ONE coming into check on her. My father moved to the rehab center at Arabella recently and the care from the staff has been nothing short of excellent. Candace, Dana, Tom, Asia, Tabitha, Mary and ALL of the weekend staff have been wonderful to us. A transition of moving a loved one anywhere is challenging but they have gone out of their way to ensure everything was a smooth transition.

The workers at Arabella give you the impression that they really care for their patients. However while my mom was there for rehab she got worse instead of better because she came down with a UTI while she was there. Even though it was brought to the nurses attention that we believed mom had a UTI nothing was done (no test were run to establish that she had an infection-even though the nurse said she would have a urine sample done). While there not only did my mom get weaker, develope a UTI but she also lost close to 20 lbs... read more

We just moved my mom into Arabella. The entire staff has been a huge help in getting her settled in. We love the fact that there are so many activities she can participate in - from sing-a-longs, to movie days, to church services. We are grateful for their kindness and understanding during this difficult transition for our family and we are so relieved we found somewhere we can feel good about. Yes, the facilities could use a little upgrading, but I would rather have caring nurses and administrators, than fresh paint.

Update: Today I received a call from the new administrator at Arabella. She call to check on my mother and apologize for the lack of care that she received during her stay at Arabella. Thank you for calling to check on my mom. Everyone here is very nice but there are some serious problems at this facility. I will never send a love one of mine to this facility again.
