RecommendedI’ve worked at this facility a few different times and each time it has been improved from the top Administrator to the bottom housekeeping, maintenance. The building itself is even going through remodeling. The way they actually CARE is something like no other. I drive about a hour to work here l because they make you feel like FAMILY. RecommendedFrom all the facilities David has been in, this facility is the best one yet. They work with you in making sure appointments are made and transportation is provided. Plus they have an awesome activity program in which they try to get every resident involved with the different activities. RecommendedArabella of Fairhope is a home like no other. The loving and caring staff go above and beyond to make sure the residents needs are meet. The building is taking on a beautiful remodel as well. If your in need of care for your loved one come make them part of the Arabella family!
Patient are not fed. They are not seen about at all. No baths they bring the food tray in the room sit it down and out again No coffee no utensils small serving of a small amt of food. Would not answer call light. Nasty. No care at all. This place is a joke
