I would recommend the contact lenses, which are very comfortable. The workers are professional and are flexible with creating schedules.

The helpful and knowledge staff
Awful optometrist, and the staff is rude and dismissive. The optometrist doesn’t talk to you about your exam at all. He’s very dismissive. It is like a factory in there. Awful awful place would never go back would never recommend.
The actual worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t answer phones or return messages. As soon as I can (insurance pays for one visit per year and I used it here) I will be going elsewhere. Sadly the doctor is really nice but the staff is just awful.
Had a horrible experience at this office. Each appointment (and I was there multiple times) I had to wait over an hour and that was with an appointment. The doctor never finalized my prescription so they wouldn’t release it. They wanted me to pay even more to come back to be refitted. Left over 20 voicemails over the course of 3 weeks trying to get everything resolved. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
