Wow, what an experience. From the very first appointment, I have been super impressed with the staff and dentist. I could tell that the entire team was passionate and really cared about what they were doing and truly cared about my smile! The place is amazing and a life saver. I went end after cracking my tooth and Dr. Alonzo fixed me up in no time and the office Manager Dee was very professional and friendly. She took the time to explain my dental benefits. Thank you Guys so much finally found a Dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with
I was misled on the 4th of August thought they cared. Told a referral was being sent to my insurance for a procedure. I heard back from my insurance before the dental office. I called to see what's going on and I was told because nobody's gotten to it. I called no one returned messages been over a month. So it looks like I have to go back and start looking for a new dentist with severe problems with my teeth. Boy was I called shame on AMS dental
Great work in a timely fashion got a lot of work done and never had a bad experience !! Staff is well trained and professional they were very nice and acknowledged me as a person as well as a client !! I’m truly grateful and thankful for all they’ve done for me.
The enviroment is comfortable. Unfornunately the neccessary procedures to avoid growth of bacteria that needs to be removed on routine cleanings are not being performed. Patients with healthy gums are likely to develope gum disease if this facility is chosen as their regular dental provider. Calculus removal VS Plaque removal
