I have had several appointments at AMS dental. Most of them were good experiences. Today was not. The lady at the front desk said she checked me out. I asked her if I could schedule an appointment to have my teeth cleaned. She wrote me down for July the 20th 2026. My appointment today was 1/15/26 @ 12:00. But I did not get my teeth cleaned. Dr. Shalash has been my dentist for many years. He is an amazing dentist and the staff has always been very accommodating and professional. I suffered a minor accident and needed to see him. They explained everything clearly and the service was top notch from start to finish. I recommend him if you are looking for a good dentist.

I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, then the phone began to ring again and then I got hung up on. I'm a god-fearing man and I don't know the reason why I was hung up on; I will look at it as that it's gods why of telling me this place isn't for me, then again maybe it was just a fluke.
