Was looking for a new Dental office as my previous dental office didn't have appointments soon(usually weeks away). I brought my daughter to Alta Dental in Pilsen for her 6-month checkup and cleaning, and we had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. Te office smelled amazing and felt so welcoming. The Dental Assistant Tony was incredibly professional and made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. He not only scanned her teeth, but also displayed the images on the screen so she could see exactly what he was doing, which kept us informed and relaxed. Great location! I highly recommend this location in such a culture filled town of pilsen. Staff is professional and very attentive. My appointment was set at 12:15 and was attended to right away by front desk staff. I received a dental cleaning from Dr. Chris & Esme, who did a phenomenal job! I definitely suggest anyone seeking dental work to visit this location! and I will advocate for Dr. Chris & Esme who made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process and answered all my questions and concerns.
