Was looking for a new Dental office as my previous dental office didn't have appointments soon(usually weeks away). Called a few places, left voicemails, some called me back but this one called me first on same day I left the message. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! Great service from start to finish! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. There was no long wait at all for my appointment, which I really appreciated. They did an amazing job with my deep cleaning and consultation. It was my first visit there. The receptionist was wonderful! She gave a warm smile and greeting when I walked in and was very nice! The dental assistants were also nice and professional. The dentist was very thorough with my examination and explained everything to me very well. Also very nice and professional. I would recommend Alta Dental in Pilsen!
It was my first time visiting the Pilsen location, and I have to admit—it exceeded all expectations. I was warmly greeted by the kind receptionist upon check-in for my appointment with Dr. Marri (she’s the best!). I was due for a cleaning, and both Esme and Dr. Marri were phenomenal. I genuinely look forward to my visits every time.
I moved to the city fairly recently and have been looking for a new dentist in the area. An emergent issue ultimately brought me to Alta Dental Pilsen. The front office staff was very friendly and accomodating to my work schedule. This put me at ease ahead of the appointment(s), so shout out to the front office!
