Was looking for a new Dental office as my previous dental office didn't have appointments soon(usually weeks away). Called a few places, left voicemails, some called me back but this one called me first on same day I left the message. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! Great service from start to finish! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. There was no long wait at all for my appointment, which I really appreciated. They did an amazing job with my deep cleaning and consultation. I moved to the city fairly recently and have been looking for a new dentist in the area. An emergent issue ultimately brought me to Alta Dental Pilsen. The front office staff was very friendly and accomodating to my work schedule. This put me at ease ahead of the appointment(s), so shout out to the front office! I brought my daughter to Alta Dental in Pilsen for her 6-month checkup and cleaning, and we had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. Te office smelled amazing and felt so welcoming. The Dental Assistant Tony was incredibly professional and made sure my daughter felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. He not only scanned her teeth, but also displayed the images on the screen so she could see exactly what he was doing, which kept us informed and relaxed.
