Dr Romo and Esme provided top notch professional service. They were thorough yet quick and made me feel completely at ease during my appointment. They keep me in to top shape.
I have been going to Alta Dental for almost a year now and have always had a seamless experience. The front desk meets you with a smile every time and helps makes sense of insurance. I usually am very uncomfortable prepping for and taking X-rays at the start my visit, but Esme is very understanding and works with me to ensure I am at ease. Dr Romo is very attentive and always takes the time to explain what procedures he is doing to ease any nerves. I could not recommend Alta Dental more
My cleanings are always quick and pleasant. Dr. Marri is very knowledgeable about her patients and any past issues you’ve been in for. She’s great at creating a treatment plan that’ll work for your day to day. Esme is a great dental hygienist! Cleanings are always comfortable, never painful.
Was looking for a new Dental office as my previous dental office didn't have appointments soon(usually weeks away). Called a few places, left voicemails, some called me back but this one called me first on same day I left the message. The gentleman was so courteous and professional, answered all my questions without having the feeling of being rushed over the phone. 3rd visit with my 4th coming up next week. Every time I come in, the experience is solid. Big shoutout to Esme and Dr. Ramo… they both make you feel comfortable and you can tell they really care about their work. The professionalism and positive energy is always there. Definitely recommend coming here if you want your smile handled the right way. I’ll have my million-dollar smile back in no time.
