Was looking for a new Dental office as my previous dental office didn't have appointments soon(usually weeks away). Called a few places, left voicemails, some called me back but this one called me first on same day I left the message. The gentleman was so courteous and professional, answered all my questions without having the feeling of being rushed over the phone. I recently visited Alta Dental for a check up and cleaning. The front desk was very helpful, informative and patient. They really set the tone for the place. I greatly appreciated that. The dental assistants were smooth and efficient with their x-rays and instructions. They got straight to the point and made sure to explain each procedure. The doctor was just as great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! Great service from start to finish! The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. There was no long wait at all for my appointment, which I really appreciated. They did an amazing job with my deep cleaning and consultation. I loved how everything was explained to me in detail, and they constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. All of my questions were answered thoroughly. I had to bring my 6 month old in for my appointment and the entire staff was so helpful and sweet to her. She cried during my teeth cleaning and the manager came over and played with her until we were done. Dr. Romo was wonderful and thorough and very kind. Plus you get to watch Netflix during your appointment and they give you sunglasses 😍 pic of my baby in the waiting room —>

I was a first time patient today and had such a great experience!! For someone who doesn’t like the dentist very much, I can say that everyone was super welcoming & helpful! Dr. Romo and his dental assistant Esme were very attentive and did amazing work! 10/10 experience
