Lack of critical patient communication and disrespect I have had multiple bad encounters at this practice. The first one was an appointment for a matter unrelated to cavities, but some cavities were found. That's okay, it happens. Instead of being informed which teeth had cavities, which he was going to work on, or how many there were, Dr. Zamani was jumping to get me numb and start working in my mouth without informing me what was being worked on or what type of cavities he saw. I really enjoyed my appointment today for a cleaning! The appointment was easy to schedule, paperwork was efficient as were the check in and out. X-rays were a breeze! Very well run practice where the people introduce themselves to you! I’ve had a lot of dental work done over the years and the dentist showed me something I had never seen before, can’t wait to try it out! It should improve the one situation I have to deal with. An easy 5 stars!
I’m telling yall, Doctor Zamanj is the best dentist I’ve ever seen. And, he really cares about his patients. His staff is also exceptional. I truly highly recommend him..
Dr. Zamani is kind and very knowledgeable. He had funny jokes which helped my anxiety and made it a great experience. His staff is very friendly, too. I highly recommend!
