I was considering an orthodontist for my son, and went in for an evaluation. I noticed the staff were quite rude and pushy, and the doctor took a long time to see my son despite the office being practically empty. When it was our turn, the doctor did not fully answer my questions and concerns; he seemed quite rushed. Additionally, reading how rudely the reviews and opinions of others were addressed concerns me. Hopefully, they use this feedback to improve instead of responding so harshly and unprofessionally.

Best Orthodontist ever! I’ve known Dr Shpuntoff for over 25 years and I highly recommend him for his patience, knowledge and ethics in his work. My children loved him.

Brought my little sister in for an appointment. Upon entering I apologized for not having a mask at that point I was told that the mask are available for purchase for a dollar. Seeing that I had no cash on me I let them know that I’d be willing to pay via Apple Pay once I said that a older Hispanic woman working from behind the desk snapped on me “our system isn’t updated like that! One star is even too high for them. Very bad experience. The package I have signed up is more than six grands, however the service does not deserve one tenth of it. Maybe Dr Shpuntoff had good reputation before, but now the only purpose of this clinic seems to take as many patients as possible to make money. 1. Always very difficult to get after school hour appointment. Their only operation room has six chairs. Many times, all kids will receive treatment at the same time. Dr. Shpuntoff and his staff provide courteous and professional care. They explain everything and provide helpful tips for orthodontic care. I especially liked how they encouraged my daughter to be more independent and take on an active role in the care of her teeth. We are both happy with the results. Her smile speaks for itself!
