We transferred my daughter’s braces treatment from Virginia to this office. Dr. Robert reviewed her case and told us they could continue the treatment for $1,700, which I paid upfront because I trusted the agreement we discussed. I had a great experience with this orthodontist office! The staff is always friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable at every visit. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I’m so happy with my results now that my braces are off, highly recommend!
Had the best experience! Took my little one to get evaluated for crowding and mouth breathing. Dr. Shpuntoff was great! He made her feel super comfortable and had the perfect approach to help her get through the exam! Will definitely be returning once we are ready for orthodontic care.
Dr. Shpuntoff is a truly fantastic orthodontist. So kind and honest and really knows his stuff. I’ve been seeing him for my teeth since I was a kid. Over the years I’ve moved out and back in to NY and have seen many other dental specialists, but no one is quite like Dr. Shpuntoff.
I was considering an orthodontist for my son, and went in for an evaluation. I noticed the staff were quite rude and pushy, and the doctor took a long time to see my son despite the office being practically empty. When it was our turn, the doctor did not fully answer my questions and concerns; he seemed quite rushed. Additionally, reading how rudely the reviews and opinions of others were addressed concerns me. Hopefully, they use this feedback to improve instead of responding so harshly and unprofessionally.
