I went to 24/7 Dental with severe toothache that required an extraction, and honestly, I was very hesitant at first because I thought my insurance might not be active. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to help me pull up my insurance information and confirmed that it was active. I walked in not knowing what to expect, but was blown away by the amazing care I received! April made checking in and out seamless. She explained my care plan thoroughly and made sure I picked the plan for me. Josha was such a personable assistant. She made sure I was comfortable at all times and was great at easing my nerves. DON’T BOOK WITH Dr. Olurotimi Ogundipe’s. I first found this place because I needed a tooth pulled immediately!! After going here a couple of times and meeting a bunch of the Dentist I definitely DON’T RECOMMEND Dr. Olurotimi Ogundipe’s. I had him for a filling and a tooth pull both were the WORST experiences I have ever had at a dentist office. I have never experienced so much pain from a dentist before. I will say this as a 28 year old man. I have never been a dentist person. ( I stopped going when I was younger due to situations at that time ) I will say that the staff at this location are wonderful! I loved Olivia because one she is a good person and very personal with her clients. Now for the dentist himself, I am going to be blunt about this. Dr. Adam's and staff were amazing. Easy to work with. Upfront pricing, and was very patient with my low pain tolerance with shots. During my procedure I did not feel one thing. They also got me in on short notice for a chipped tooth. Great job!!!!
