Overall the staff is friendly & professional. The office is clean & has a good aesthetic. However, they never called me back to schedule work that needed done I went elsewhere & found more affordable pricing for out of pocket costs! Thank you all for absolutely nothing, dodged a bullet I think.

I scheduled an appointment by phone and was asked to provide my insurance info up front so they could verify coverage—which they did before even booking me. So imagine my surprise when I arrived, filled out all the paperwork, and nowhere on the forms was insurance information requested—just a space demanding my Social Security Number. Since they had already verified my coverage using my member ID, I wrote that in instead. Dr. Davis and Mel were great! He did an amazing job saving a front tooth that I wasn't sure could be saved, matching the color and shape perfectly! I'm so happy with his work! They were very professional, non judgemental, and very positive, making me feel hopeful and encouraged about my future dental aesthetics and health! I had an appointment at 2 PM, and by the time I left around 8 PM, my patience had really been tested. However, Josha completely turned my experience around. She was incredibly kind, patient, and encouraging throughout the whole process. Her warm attitude made all the difference, and by the end, I went from a two-star experience to a five-star one. Very nice and clean place with friendly, respectful, professional staff. I do recommend this place and hopefully next time (second chance) everything goes way better!! The reason for the three stars is because: I think they’re kind of slow far as service to you….i was there over three hours total time for one tooth extraction! “That’s long to me!” Also I was there on Sunday, today is Tuesday and I had to call back up to because my prescription was not at the pharmacy…mind you I went two times to get it which that’s my time ... read more
