After bad experiences at dental offices I found a place that was kind, they explained charges upfront so time was not wasted and there were no surprises. Staff was friendly, accommodating and they make sure your comfortable. Dentist was very patient and makes sure procedure is painless. I really appreciate you guys. Also the bag they give you when you leave is awesome and very thoughtful! The assistant Melanie was awesome and informative!

First time patient I didn’t really know what I was expecting. I was expecting maybe a rude staff. Like any other dentist office nowadays. I was already anxious knowing I had to get a couple teeth pulled. But as I walked in very peaceful, very clean, calming music, the staff was very nice professional walked me through everything step-by-step like how it should be. Best dental experience I've ever had. They got me in fast. The ladies up front were amazing. They helped me through the paperwork, and the care plan as well as a follow up appointment. The assistant who did my x rays was polite, patient, informative, friendly, she offered professional advice but only opinion when asked. I am thankful to 24/7 Dental for my dental needs. It was easy to make an apt. Once I arrived, the front desk staff was readily available to assist me in the new patient process. It was a bit of wait passed my apt time but once I was seen, I didn't feel rushed. I felt like my concern was being addressed and made a priority. My experience with choosing 24/7 Dental is five stars. My first visit was informative since it’s been 10 years I’ve been to the dentist for a routine check up. What I really liked, was when my Doctor, Dr. Beal, considered that I relaxed and healed from my first wisdom tooth surgery before they did my second one which was today. The second round of extraction was smooth and fast with little to no pain. But, I wasn’t really as informed as to what was going to be happening or after everything was done.
