Long wait times, no communication. Over booked, 2nd time at location with an appointment and have waited over 2 hours . Speaking with people in the lobby seems as if this isn’t the only location with this problem. I will not be back to any of their locations. Update : when finally serviced, the service was good. The dental assistant was very helpful made sure I was as comfortable as l could be. The dentist was great also he was very gentle and did a great job.

Had a lot of work I needed done and they got like 8 fillings done in the first visit, pulled one in the next (only took like 15 minutes after numbing), and most impressively, with a partially in tact tooth in my last appointment, he had that sucker out of there in literally 90 seconds. Nurses are wonderful as well. These guys are kind, efficient, and Medicaid friendly (even for adults). I drive 90 minutes just to see them over close options.

This was my first dentist visit in 20+ years. They have a patient and capable staff, all very helpful and kind. I showed up with no appointment on a busy day (wait room was packed with no free seats) and they still got me in relatively quickly at about an hour and a half. I recommend this place

I really had the best experience all of the staff were helpful and patient. It took an hour for me to be calm enough and I never felt like a bother or rushed. I recommend this dental place because the staff is amazing, the hours are convenient and the care I received was very affordable. 10/10 recommend.

This dentist has been the best one I have ever been to. He is efficient and he only worries about what needs to be done not anything extra to get more money. He asks how you feel about the procedures and the office staff are just fabulous. Very lovely personalities and just overall friendly to work with scheduling and getting information. I will always come back here.
