It’s hard to say weather this is a good review or bad. Initially making the appointment was great! We needed a same day appointment and they were able to oblige, we ended up needing to reschedule for the following day and again they were able to make it happen. We arrived to our appointment about 15 minutes early to fill out some paperwork. This is when the appointment started to decline. So grateful for the team at 24/7. They were very quick to respond and fit my daughter in. They were super understanding of her being young and fixed the problem very quickly. I will definitely go back to them if I ever need an emergency dental Check up.

I had an emergency dental appointment at the Shadeland location and was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team. They handled everything in a timely manner while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. Precautions were clearly in place, and they consistently checked in to make sure I felt okay throughout the entire process. The experience was fast, easy, and handled with great care. Highly recommend!

Hi my name is Steve and I was just recently a patient at 24/7 dental. I appreciate the fact that it's not that far from my home no more than 15 minutes and I appreciate the fact that the place is clean. My doctor was a very nice person took me step by step what he's going to do along with his assistants can't get any better than that the office staff is incredibly nice thank you ladies they're also patient and answered all my questions I'm looking forward to going back on the 17th for a follow-up again thank you all the way ... read more
