If I could have 0 stars I would have. I will say the dental assistant was super nice. But beyond that never again will recommend this place. I had all my teeth pulled do to my own failure to take care of my teeth. I also must say I was on medicaid. I was definitely treated like a medicaid patient when it come to doing my dentures. I can not wear them the bite is wrong. I was told to lay down during the molding process. Which I have had 3 different dentist tell me that's a no no. Well their hours are exceptionally convenient. And the locations make it easy. I haven't had any work done. But person that explained my options took more time than any deniist i have ever had.. They took a circular xray which i know i have had to pay for in the past. But it was all charged to my insurance as they are in my network. The sliding wimdow needs to be degreased Up . Dont close it. Else you might get falsely determined to be a hostile new customer.

They got straight to the point. Tell told me what was wrong with my tooth. I had 3 teeth had to be gone there was so nice. He explained everything he was so caring like that. Was my first time ever going to the dentist and feeling so comfortable even though I was in so much pain and his assistant. I don't know what his name was, but he was so kind and so genuine. And I really love this place. They are good people and they care about you. If you want a good dentist place go there

I did some research on doctors and found Dr. Zachary Held works out of this office a few days a week and has very good reviews. I called and got an appointment that was only a few days away. So, no long wait to be seen. Everything went smoothly with the initial paperwork and x-rays. The actual work done, which I was dreading, went so quickly and easily. Friendly and professional staff. I haven't been to the dentist in 16 years and was very nervous. They were patient and gentle with me which made me calm. I came in for an emergency filling and I was in and out quickly. Surprisingly it was a Sunday. Now I'm making this my main dentist and get some issues addressed with my teeth. Thank you for the great service!
