I was having pain and needed to find an emergency dentist office because my dentist did not have an opening. The staff was very friendly, and Dr. Held was caring and patient and listened to my concern. I did not feel pressured to have work done. He provided me with two options -- one option was a lot less expensive than the other. He recommended trying the least expensive option for two weeks. If it does not work, I could come back. I walked in as an new patient and in pain. My previous dentist didn't have any openings that day and they send patients to specialist to get any work done which could take weeks. I had a tooth that kept me up all night and 24/7 dental went above and beyond. Not only did they fix my tooth the day I came in but they also fixed other issues before they became a bigger issue. Dentist office was absolutely amazing. The staff was so nice. Front desk was polite, The Dental assistant, Taylor, was the nicest person ever she made me feel very comfortable and helped me ease my nervousness and the dentist. Dr. Hill was so kind and friendly and help me come up with a plan. I’m super happy with the care I got today and will definitely be going back for anything else. I didn’t feel judged and felt way better before I got there, he helped me with my tooth pain.

10/10 The best customer service experience. The Dr was gentle and I was able to receive quick service and had my repair done the same day. Pricing is affordable and very reasonable. I’ll be switching my care over to 24/7 Dental and my 2 excellent experiences. Thank you to the front office admin—they are very kind, helpful and supportive.
